POPOer: Every community member who holding $HPP is considered a POPOer and They're the core participant in the platform’s governance and development.
POPO Island Committee: It's determined by the HONORS of "POPOer Identity Growth" system, and committed to operation of Hipopo Island, helping it could sustainably develop and innovate.
Technology Committee: Appointed by the POPO Island Committee, the technology committee handles any technical emergencies, ensuring the platform's technical security, ecosystem health, and the stability and scalability of Hipopo Island.
